Welcome to my practice

I believe that each individual has an inherent capacity for healing and growth. My role is to support you in exploring your own truth and strength, as you process and navigate life's challenges.

Each session is a place of openness, compassion and a deep understanding of the complexities of the human experience.

Our relationship is at the heart of therapy and a unique process.

The therapeutic relationship itself, can be a powerful catalyst for change and transformation.

Reasons clients come to see me.

There are many reasons you might consider coming to therapy, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, chronic pain, body image concerns, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions.

You may be in a current crisis and looking to make sense of your situation, often wanting relief. Or you may want a safe space to explore your patterns and to develop self awareness.

My approach.

My approach is both deep and dynamic.

Exploring Your Story

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, rooted in psychoanalysis, helps us explore how past experiences, especially from childhood, affect us today. Together, we gently uncover those unconscious patterns—like early attachments and unexpressed emotions—that might still be impacting your life.

Listening to Your Body

In Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, we take a holistic approach by using techniques that include movement, somatic inquiry, and mindfulness. Here, we recognise that our bodies carry our stories, emotions, and even the key to our healing. During sessions, we pay close attention to your body’s signals, sometimes using movement or gestures when words aren't enough. Through breath awareness and somatic grounding, we tune into what your body is communicating.

Harmonizing Your Mind

Additionally, the Internal Family Systems Model (IFS) plays a big role in my work. IFS views each human being as a system of different “parts”, each with its own thoughts, sensations, feelings and roles. We work together to understand and harmonise these parts, aiming for greater inner peace and self-acceptance.

Creative Exploration

My work is influenced by Depth Psychology. I’m fascinated by using archetypes, dreams, and symbols to dive into the unconscious mind. We might explore these elements creatively to gain insights and promote healing.
